CR3 are currently representing a Commercial Flooring company who are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work on multiple sites across Essex.

Duties of the Assistant Project Manager:
- Report into the Senior Project Manager
- Plan and organize the workflow of flooring installers to meet project timelines.
- Ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards and comply with contractual specifications.
- Enforce strict adherence to health and safety guidelines on-site.
- Liaise effectively with project managers and clients to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee the usage of materials, tools, and equipment, optimizing efficiency.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on project status and progress.
Assistant Project Manager Requirements :
- Experience of working as an Project Manager for at least 2 years
- Experience in commercial sector (Flooring a bonus)
- Up to date knowledge of health and safety and building legislation
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Good administration skills
- Works effectively to deadlines and competently works on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work on own as well as part of a team
- Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

- A valid SSSTS or SMSTS, along with a CSCS card, is essential.
