CR3 are currently representing a medium sized construction company who specialize in electrical and building works. We are seeking a supervisor (Roaming) to work across multiple sites in Hillingdon (West London).

Duties of the Supervisor:
- Coordinate and oversee the projects at multiple locations throughout Hillingdon, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Manage and supervise on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring optimal resource allocation, scheduling, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process, conducting regular inspections and ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, closely monitoring progress and implementing necessary adjustments to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project costs, including labour, materials, and equipment, to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Identify and resolve any construction-related issues, conflicts, or delays promptly, utilising effective problem-solving skills and seeking necessary approvals when required.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all project-related documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and other required records.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to construction teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and other relevant industry standards throughout the construction process.
Supervisor requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with a strong track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.
- Good eye for detail, finishing foreman background ideally.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting collaboration and teamwork.
- Construction knowledge: In-depth knowledge of retail fit-out construction processes, techniques, and best practices, with a keen eye for quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure and resolve issues promptly.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance on-site.
- Proficient in using construction management software, scheduling tools, and other relevant software applications.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, project management, or a related field are desirable.
